Role Summary

We are seeking a Workday Payroll Expert to join our Retail domain team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality solutions across Workday Payroll. The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of at least one additional module— Absence & time off or recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise in Payroll
• Design and develop advanced Workday reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored HCM solutions
• Support configuration, testing, and deployment of HCM and Recruiting modules
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance across HR systems
• Contribute to incident resolution and ongoing system enhancements
• Apply working knowledge of one additional module: Absence & time off or Recruiting

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience, with 5–8 years in Workday Payroll, Absence & time off.
• Strong expertise in Workday Payroll module
• Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Advance Reports
• Experience with one of the following modules: Absence & time off, Recruiting
• Understanding of retail HR processes such as onboarding, training, performance appraisal, and workforce development
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Payroll certification
• Familiarity with Workday Prism Analytics and Worksheets
• Experience with Workday Extend or custom reporting frameworks
