Job summary

Iitjobs Inc. is seeking a Workday Payroll Consultant to support US and Canada payroll processes for enterprise HR systems. This contract role covers global deployments and requires experience with W-2 processing, federal/state/local taxes, and payroll integrations.

Based in Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune with a hybrid model (3 days WFO), you will implement Workday releases, configure payroll business processes and reports, and work in an AMS/support environment to ensure timely payroll operations.

Qualifications

• Support and maintain US Payroll (Federal, State, Local taxes, W-2 processing)
• Manage Canada Payroll (CRA compliance, ROE, T4, provincial taxes)
• Experience in AMS/Support model (ticket-based environment)
• Configure Payroll business processes, integrations, and reports
• Implement Workday releases, updates, and feature adoptions
• Work on payroll integrations (e.g., Benefits, Time Tracking, GL, Banking)
