Job summary

Grant Thornton LLP is seeking a Workday Integration Specialist to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems. This role requires deep knowledge of Workday integration tools and reporting capabilities, and a collaborative mindset to work with HR, IT, and business teams.

You will develop integrations with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and web services, and build advanced reports with BIRT and Workday Reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday integrations and reporting.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with BIRT and Workday Advanced Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, and data sources.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations using Workday tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Develop and support custom reports using BIRT for Workday Advanced Reporting.
• Create and manage Workday custom reports, calculated fields, composite reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
• Support Workday updates by testing and validating integrations.
• Maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and technical specifications.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
