Hexaware Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Lead to independently manage Workday integration projects and engage directly with customers in Pune. You will design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations between Workday and external systems using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF and related tools.

• Lead end-to-end Workday Integration projects and act as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations.
• Build and maintain integrations using: Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Studio Integrations, Workday Web Services (WWS), REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and PICOF (Payroll Interface Cloud Connect) implementations.
• Collaborate with HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and third-party vendors to ensure successful integration delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, data discrepancies, and performance challenges.
• Manage integration security, monitoring, and compliance requirements.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, and change requests.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and team members.
• Conduct customer workshops, solution reviews, and knowledge transfer sessions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Workday Integrations, including PECI and PICOF, along with functional knowledge of Workday HCM.
