Job summary

Agilysis is seeking a skilled Workday Integration Consultant to join our Pune team. You will design, develop, and implement Workday integrations for HCM, Payroll, and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, build integrations using Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Studio, and contribute to projects with global clients. A strong background in Workday integrations and client-facing skills is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of hands-on Workday Integrations experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday data models, security, XML/XSLT, APIs, and RaaS.
• Excellent problem-solving and client-facing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy integrations using Core Connectors, CCB, EIB, Workday Studio, and PECI/PICOF.
• Analyze requirements, design inbound/outbound integrations, and handle transformations (e.g., XSLT).
• Develop integrations using APIs, RaaS, and custom reports.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide production support, and perform testing (unit, SIT, UAT).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, document designs, and follow Workday best practices.
