Job Title: Workday Integration Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Consultant with strong experience in designing, developing, and supporting integrations within the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise with integration tools and a solid understanding of HR and/or Finance business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third‑party systems
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services for real‑time data exchange
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide production support
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform data transformations using XML, XSLT, and JSON
• Support security configuration related to integrations
• Participate in UAT, deployments, and post‑production support

Requirements

• Strong experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio)
• Knowledge of Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs, WSDL)
• Experience in XML, XSLT, JSON, and web service technologies
• Hands‑on experience in integration troubleshooting and error handling
• Understanding of Workday business processes (HCM and/or Financials)
