Job summary

A leading IT service provider is looking for candidates to design and deploy Workday integrations in Pune. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Workday Integration and be a BE, B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc, or MS graduate. Responsibilities include working closely with SMEs, developing custom solutions, and troubleshooting integration failures. This is an in-person walk-in opportunity with a reporting time of 9:00 AM onwards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of formal fulltime education required.
• At least 2 years of relevant Workday Integration experience after graduation.
• Ability to produce technical design documents and mapping sheets for life cycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy complex Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and PECI.
• Develop and maintain custom XSLT transformations, calculated fields, and Integration System flows.
• Work closely with functional SMEs to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, perform impact analysis, and support testing & deployment activities.
• Ensure bestpractice integration architecture, error handling, and Workday security alignment.

MustHave Skills

• Strong handson experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, REST/SOAP APIs, and Reports.
• Good knowledge of Workday HCM data model, business processes, calculated fields, and tenant configuration.
• Experience integrating Workday with thirdparty systems via Web Services, SFTP, API Gateways, and middleware.
• Ability to create technical design documents, mapping sheets, and maintain integration life cycles.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and crossfunctional collaboration skills in an Agile environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 15 years of formal fulltime education (10th + 12th + Graduation).
• BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / MS or equivalent degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Workday Integration experience after graduation.
