Job summary

ConsultMeIn is seeking a Senior Workday Platform Developer to join a high-impact HR Transformation initiative in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying Workday integrations, ensuring data integrity and compliance with Workday Security standards.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Workday Integration Development, specifically with PECI and Core Connectors, alongside strong stakeholder engagement skills. This position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to lead payroll integrations.

We are looking for a Senior Workday Platform Developer to join a high-impact HR Transformation initiative. This role sits within the Workday Platform Team and will play a critical part in enabling seamless integrations, data integrity, and enterprise-wide system connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test & deploy Workday integrations (PECI, RaaS, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP Web Services)
• Lead payroll integrations using PECI templates
• Manage XML/XSLT transformations
• Perform impact analysis & regression testing during Workday upgrades
• Ensure compliance with Workday Security & SOX standards
• Maintain platform governance: SSO setup, Tenant refreshes, Certificate updates
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Procurement, Identity, T&E & other IT teams
• Work closely with Workday implementation partners & AMS teams
• Contribute to scalable integration architecture across enterprise systems
