Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer/Consultant with 8+ years in IT and 5+ years in Workday integrations. You will design, develop, and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services to connect HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Financials.

• Experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer / Consultant with 8+ Years IT Experience and 5+ Years Workday Integration experience. Strong experience in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, and REST/SOAP APIs to deliver scalable integration solutions across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Financials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.


• Build and maintain inbound/outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.


• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
