Job summary

Sdna Global is hiring a Workday Integration Consultant in Hyderabad to lead end-to-end implementations or support. The role requires hands-on knowledge of Workday integrations, EIB, Studio, and related tools, plus strong communication to manage client expectations.

Candidates should demonstrate experience with REST/SOAP web services, XML/XSLT, and Java, and a solid grasp of at least 2–3 Workday functional areas. A proactive learner with teamwork skills will fit well in this MNC environment.

Qualifications

• Workday Integration Expertise in EIB, Studio, CCW, CCB, Payroll Integrations, Extend, API.
• Knowledge of Web services (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, OAuth).
• XML/XSLT and Java experience helpful.
• Create integration specs, field mapping, and system process designs.
• SOA development: XML, XPath, XSLT, Web Services, etc.
• Familiar with 2–3 Workday functional areas (Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking).
• Workday Reporting, Report Builder, Custom Reports, XSLT Reports.
• Experience with Workday Application and Reports.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Learner attitude with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and oral communication; good team player.
• Strong presentation and customer expectation management.

Workday Integration Consultant with experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support. It entails detailed hands on technical knowledge of workday integrations and the domain .

• 1. Workday Integration Expertise in EIB, Studio, CCW, CCB, Payroll Integrations, Extend, Knowledge on using API
• 2. Knowledge of Web service-related topics (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, OAuth, etc.).
• 3. Experience with XML/XSLT and Java will be helpful.
• 4. Experience in creating detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designs.
• 5. Experience with the various technologies involved in SOA development (XML, XPath, XSLT, Web Services, etc.)
