Job summary

Moder Solutions is seeking an experienced Workday Lead Developer for designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations and technical solutions in our Chennai/Bangalore area. The role requires hands-on work with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, and reporting, plus integration security and tenant migration.

You will design and maintain integrations, build reports, and collaborate with business and tech teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Workday project development experience.
• Strong understanding of Workday integration architecture and development lifecycle.
• Experience in production support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and release management.
• Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and RaaS.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports using Report Writer.
• Integrate Workday with external systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Work with XML, XSLT, XPath, and JSON for data transformation and integration development.
• Implement secure integrations using OAuth, PGP, SFTP, and integration security best practices.
• Manage Object Transporter and support tenant migration activities.
• Participate in release readiness, integration monitoring, and production deployment.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
• Support UAT, defect resolution, and post-production validation.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver reliable Workday solutions.

Experience: 8 Yrs

Location: Bangalore/Chennai

Shift: 1.30pm to 10.30pm

Mode: 5 days' work from office

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
