Job summary

HypTechie seeks an experienced Workday Integration Developer to design, build, test and deploy Workday integration solutions. You will work with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors and PECIs to deliver robust integrations.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders, analyze specifications, perform unit to end-to-end testing, and support releases and regression testing across PAN India. A strong background in SOAP/REST services, JavaScript, XSLT and JSON is essential.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of overall experience.
• 5+ years Workday Integration Consultant/Developer experience.
• 5+ years with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB or PECI.
• 3 years experience with SOAP/REST web services.
• 2 years experience with JavaScript, XSLT, JSON and XPath.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and deploy Workday integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors and PECIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday integration issues.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into integration solutions.
• Analyze functional specifications and change requests and prepare technical solutions.
• Provide guidance on Workday integration strategies.
• Conduct unit, system and end‑to‑end testing.
• Support integration discovery and scoping during Workday implementation projects.
• Coordinate assigned integration deliverables and ensure project timelines are met.
• Support Workday releases and perform associated regression testing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful integration delivery.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and integration specifications.

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience with SOAP and REST web service integrations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with JavaScript, XSLT, JSON and XPath.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
