Job summary

Augusta Infotech in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Workday Integration and Extend Developer to join the Corporate Enablers. The role focuses on integrating Workday with external systems and extending Workday apps to support HR processes across HCM, Absence, Benefits, and Time Tracking.

You will develop reports, manage payroll interfaces, and participate in upgrades. The ideal candidate has hands-on Workday Studio, EIB, and core connector experience with a strong emphasis on problem solving.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of overall IT experience with 2-3 years in Workday Integration and Extend development.
• Experience with EIB and cloud connectors including payroll interface.
• Knowledge of Workday Studio, DT and Workday Reports.
• XSLT and XML knowledge.
• Extend apps development and support preferred.
• Workday Integration and Extend certifications preferred.
• Experience with Workday version upgrade activities.

Responsibilities

• Focus on Integration and Extend Apps development and support for Workday HCM/Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Performance, Time Tracking and Talent management.
• Develop and support HR applications; analyze, design, production, implementation and ongoing support.
• Report development using report writer and integration development using EIB and core connectors; knowledge of XSLT and XML.
• Extend apps development and support; participate in application development and support of critical in-house HR applications.

Essential Skills:

• 4-6 years of overall IT experience with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Integration and Extend development
• EIB, cloud connect/core connector (including payroll interface), DT and Workday Studio, Workday Reports, calculated fields, XSLT, Workday Docs, BIRT, Business Process.
• Workday Integration certified and Extend Certified Preferred.
• Exposure of workday version upgrade activities.

The position is for an experienced Workday Integration and Extend Developer in the Corporate Enablers and will primarily be focussed on Integration and Extend Apps support and development for Workday Human Capital Management/Core HR, Absence management, Benefits, Compensation, recruitment, Performance, Time Tracking and Talent management functions.

• Expertise/ Hands on experience on report development using report writer & Integration development using EIB, cloud connect/core connector including payroll interface, DT and Workday Studio. Good knowledge of XSLT and XML.
• Good to have Experience in Extend apps Dev and Support.
• He/She will also participate in application development and support of critical in-house HR applications. Responsibilities will include analysis, design and production. Implementation along with support for all these applications.
