Job summary

CHIDRA is seeking an experienced Workday Developer/Engineer to design, configure, integrate, and enhance Workday solutions. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure workflows and reporting.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Workday experience across HCM modules, integrations, and reporting, with a focus on reliability and security. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills in a client-facing context.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday.
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and related modules.
Experience with Workday Integrations.
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, XML/XSLT.
Experience in reporting and calculated fields.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, maintain and enhance Workday solutions based on requirements.
Design and support Workday integrations with internal and third-party apps.
Develop and maintain reports, calculated fields, business processes, and custom solutions.
Troubleshoot Workday integration and application issues.

We are looking for an experienced Workday Developer / Engineer / Specialist to join our team and support the design, development, configuration, integration, and enhancement of Workday solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday development and integrations, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, maintain, and enhance Workday solutions based on business requirements.
Design and support Workday integrations with internal and third-party applications.
Work with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
Develop and maintain reports, calculated fields, business processes, and custom solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday integration and application issues.
Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other business stakeholders.
Perform system testing, integration testing, and production support.
Analyze existing Workday processes and recommend improvements.
Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge-base materials.
Ensure solutions follow Workday best practices, security standards, and organizational policies.

Required Skills

3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday.
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and/or relevant Workday modules.
Experience with Workday Integrations.
Hands-on experience with one or more of:
