Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Noida is seeking an experienced Workday HCM professional for a walk-in interview. The role requires 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM, along with strong Core HCM expertise and stakeholder communication.

You will configure and support Workday Core HCM, manage security and staffing, create calculated fields, reports and dashboards, and assist with testing, data migration, and production issues.
