Job summary

Capgemini seeks Workday Certified Functional Consultants with extensive HCM experience to support global implementations and AMS engagements. You will configure Core HCM, Absence/Recruiting/Time Tracking modules, and manage BPF, security, and data migration.

Collaboration with HR/IT stakeholders is essential for successful delivery. The role requires Workday Core HCM expertise and an advanced certification, along with hands-on testing, workshops, and post-go-live support across multiple India

Qualifications

• HCM Core + one Advanced Workday certification is mandatory
• Overall 6+ years of IT experience in the HCM domain, with 5+ years Workday experience across implementations, rollouts, and AMS engagements
• Experience in at least two full lifecycle Workday implementations
• Strong expertise in Workday HCM Core along with one advanced module: Recruiting or Absence or Time Tracking
• Deep understanding of HCM business processes and end-to-end Hire-to-Retire lifecycle
• Good understanding and practical application of Workday implementation methodologies
• Hands-on experience with testing, data migration, and validation activities
• Ability to conduct client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions

Responsibilities

• Work on Business Process Framework (BPF), Security, Job Architecture, and Calculated Fields
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions
• Support EIBs, Workday reporting, testing, UAT, and deployments
• Perform Workday release impact analysis and provide post-go-live support
• Partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
