Experience in driving customer discussions, demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations. Possesses a broad understanding of cross functional touchpoints and their impacts within the Workday platforms. Good communication skills, active involvement in giving Demos, feature capabilities to the clients. Develop solutions & prototype use cases using Workday products/ functionalities. Provide end to end solution and design details during Architect Sessions Participates in all phases of Workday Implementation, assisting in functional & technical design to transform the client requirements by leveraging Workday application.
