Job summary

Capgemini Technology Services India Limited in Mumbai is seeking an Oracle EPM Cloud Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting EPM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities, and coordinate with finance teams and IT for successful project delivery.

You will work across data migrations, testing, UAT, and go-live, while training end users and ensuring post-production support.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in one or more Oracle EPM Cloud modules.
• Expertise in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience in metadata management, business rules, data forms.
• Knowledge of Data Management, Data Integration, EDMCS, and EPM Automate.
• Understanding of integration with Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud and third-party systems.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and user training.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze budgeting, planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting requirements.
• Lead Oracle EPM Cloud implementation and support engagements.
• Configure and customize Oracle EPM Cloud applications as per business needs.
• Design functional specifications, business process flows, and solution designs.
• Coordinate with technical teams for data integrations, automation, and reporting requirements.
• Support data migration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Provide post-production support and resolve functional issues.
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Work with stakeholders, finance teams, and project managers to ensure project delivery.
