Job summary

Value Innovation Labs is seeking a seasoned Workday HCM expert to join a PAN India based team. You will design and develop custom apps using Workday Extend and manage integrations within a cloud SaaS framework for global deployments.

Required 5-7 years of Workday experience with at least 2 years in Extend development, onboarding/offboarding, security configuration, and testing functional aspects of delivered solutions. Immediate or 15-30 days notice preferred.

Qualifications

• Overall 5 years of Workday experience and minimum 2 years of experience in designing developing custom apps using Workday Extend.
• Familiarity with Workday HCM Onboarding/Offboarding/Termination or separation BPs, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, and Security configuration.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing design and development of Workday Extend apps and complex integrations.
• Ensure compatibility with cloud SaaS architectures and integration patterns.
• Deliver and test Workday REST API, SOAP, and data transformations.
• Collaborate on security configuration and authorization models.

Role & responsibilities

• Demonstrating familiarity with Workday HCM OnboardingOffboarding Termination or separation BPs Talent Performance Recruiting and Security configuration or handson experience with testing functional aspects of delivered solutions
• Strong understanding of cloud SaaS architecture principles and integration patterns
• Proficient in building Extend Applications or delivering complex Workday integrations in global deployment environments
• Demonstrating strong background and familiarity with API concepts SOAP REST XML XSLT 30 JSON oAuth 20 encryptionsecure transfers methods
• Strong expertise in Workday Studio Report as a Service WQL WWS and Workday REST API PMD Scripting Graph API nice to have Workday Connectors EIBs and DT
