Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Workday Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience to lead end-to-end Workday integration projects across Pan India. The role emphasizes Studio-based integrations, Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and advanced reporting skills.

You will own the development lifecycle, implement automation, and ensure production readiness while collaborating with internal teams to optimize and scale Workday solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Workday development.
• Experience building Workday Studio integrations from scratch.
• Experience with Workday Core connectors, EIBs, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full development lifecycle for Workday projects.
• Assist the internal team with optimization around Workday Core HCM & Performance.
• Identify automation and process improvements on existing systems and implement changes.
• Develop integrations from scratch, test, and deploy to production.
• Configure and implement Workday Studio integrations using best practices.
• Modify and build configurations within the HCM module and build/maintain Workday Reports (Advanced, custom, Matrix, Trending) with XML and XSLT.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

In this role, You should have strong Workday background with specific expertise in Workday Core HCM, benefits, Workday payroll Performance, Studio and BIRT. You should be an expert in building Workday Studio Integrations from scratch. You must be comfortable leading the full development lifecycle in this role. Follow release process for any code changes. You will be tasked with assisting the internal team with their optimization efforts surrounding Workday Core HCM & Performance. Identify automation / process improvements on existing systems and implement the changes. This will require development of integrations from scratch, testing integrations, and putting them into production. You must also be an expert with hands‑on configurations, BPs and overall Workday best practices. You will be tasked with modifying existing and building net new configurations within the HCM module. You will work on Workday Reports (Advanced, custom, Matrix, Trending), XML and XSLT. The client is looking for a well‑rounded resource to step in and hit the ground running.
