Job summary

Cerebra is seeking a skilled Workday Core Integration Consultant in Hyderabad to lead and deliver complex HR integration projects. You will design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations between Workday and external systems, leveraging Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services.

The candidate will work with Workday HCM, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs to implement robust integration solutions, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior consultants in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Workday integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Integration technologies, and Workday Web Services.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting Workday integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Workday integrations.
• Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
• Work with Workday HCM and related processes to support integration needs.
• Create inbound and outbound integrations with third-party applications.
• Configure and support Core Connectors, including Worker, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and other relevant connectors.
• Design integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and Workday Web Services.
• Create and maintain EIB integrations, including inbound and outbound EIBs.
• Develop complex integrations using Workday Studio, including orchestration, transformation, error handling, and routing.
• Work with XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, REST, SOAP for data transformation and integration development.
• Perform integration testing, unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT activities.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and production incidents and provide root-cause analysis.
• Monitor integration processes and ensure timely resolution of integration-related issues.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to understand integration requirements.
• Prepare technical specifications, integration design documents, mapping documents, and deployment documentation.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, regression testing, and integration impact assessments.
• Follow Workday integration best practices, security standards, and data privacy requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior integration consultants.
