Job summary

Innodata India is seeking a Workday Extend developer to design, build, and deploy custom Workday Extend applications that enhance business processes. You will gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

You will work on configuring Extend components, integrating with Workday modules and external systems, and ensuring security and governance best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience developing custom applications on the Workday platform.
• Knowledge of Workday security, tenant configuration, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating Workday applications with third-party systems.
• Understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, or Talent Management processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
