Job summary

PwC is seeking a Workday Learning Consultant with 4 to 10 years of experience for hybrid delivery across Bang/Hyderabad/Chennai/Gurugram/Pune. Active Workday certification in Learning/HCM is mandatory, with strong hands-on Workday Learning expertise and a proven ability to manage multiple client priorities.

You will configure and administer Workday Learning, manage content, campaigns, enrollments and learner experience, and collaborate across teams while mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Active Workday certification (Learning/HCM) mandatory.
• 5+ years of Workday Learning experience with hands-on expertise.
• Strong understanding of Workday Learning configuration and business processes.
• Experience with courses, programs, campaigns, enrollment and learner experience.
• Knowledge of Workday security, reporting and BP configuration.
• Experience troubleshooting complex functional issues and root-cause analysis.
• Understanding Learning-related integrations with other Workday modules and third-party providers.
• Experience in a Managed Services/Operate environment with multiple client priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to independently own deliverables and mentor juniors.

• Knowledge of Workday security, calculated fields, custom/advanced reporting and business process configuration.
• Experience troubleshooting complex functional issues and performing root-cause analysis.
• Understanding of Learning-related integrations and dependencies with other Workday modules and third-party learning/content providers.
• Experience working in a Managed Services / Operate environment and managing multiple client priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to independently own deliverables, collaborate across teams and mentor junior colleagues.

Good to have: Experience across Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Recruiting and/or other Workday HCM modules, additional Workday certifications, learning content integrations and broader Workday security/reporting expertise.
