Job summary

EY is hiring a Workday Learning & Development Consultant to design and operate Workday Learning implementations and support. The role involves configuring learning programs, managing integrations, and driving continuous improvement across global learning operations.

You will collaborate with HR, Learning, and business stakeholders, deliver testing activities, and ensure high-quality learning solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of overall experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Learning.
• Experience in at least one full Workday implementation or Learning rollout.
• Exposure to SCORM/xAPI and third-party learning integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
