Job summary

Kiya.ai in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Workday Finance Operate Support Consultant with 6-9 years of hands-on production support. You will provide day-to-day functional support across FDM, General Ledger, and Projects, including post-go-live stabilization.

Responsibilities include validating migrated accounting structures, monitoring transactions, investigating incidents, and coordinating resolutions with functional and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in Workday Finance support.
• Experience with post-go-live support, GL, Projects, and FDM.
• Workday certification preferred.

• Monitor and troubleshoot transactions, configurations, and access-related concerns.
• Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with functional and technical teams.
• Troubleshoot and test integrations and EIBs, including data mapping, error handling, reprocessing, and downstream interfaces.
• Support month-end close, Workday releases, enhancements, testing, deployments, and post-production validation.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to system stability, controls, documentation, and performance.
• Communicate incidents, risks, impacts, status, and recommended actions to stakeholders.
• Workday certification preferred.
