Qualifications

• 5-10 years of IT/ERP consulting experience.
• 2-3+ years hands-on Workday Financials experience.

• Strong written and spoken communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Financials modules based on business requirements.
• Participate in Workday implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support engagements.
• Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Work closely with finance stakeholders to optimize business processes.
• Provide functional guidance and best practices across Workday Finance modules.
• Support defect resolution, issue analysis, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data migration activities.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of overall IT/ERP consulting experience.
• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Financials.
• Strong expertise in one or more of the following modules:
• Financial Accounting
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Procurement
• Expenses
• Banking & Cash Management
• Fixed Assets
