Job summary

Kiya.ai in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Workday Finance Operate Support Consultant to provide production support across AP, Suppliers, Expenses, Treasury and Banking.

In this role you will monitor and troubleshoot transactions, investigations, incidents, and integrations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support month-end close and Workday releases. 4+ years of hands-on Workday Finance experience and a Workday certification are preferred.

• 4+ years of experience in Workday Finance production support.
• Workday certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support across AP, Suppliers, Expenses, Treasury, and Banking, including post-go-live support.
• Monitor and troubleshoot transactions, business processes, integrations, configuration issues, and access-related concerns.
• Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with functional and technical teams.
• Troubleshoot and test integrations and EIBs, including data mapping, error handling, reprocessing, and downstream interfaces.
• Support month-end close, Workday releases, enhancements, testing, deployments, and post-production validation.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to system stability, controls, documentation, and performance.
• Communicate incidents, risks, impacts, status, and recommended actions to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; Workday certification preferred.
