Placement Baba is looking for an experienced Workday Functional Consultant based in Pune, India. The candidate will manage Workday ERP and Financial functions alongside financial reporting and user support. A minimum of 8 years of experience plus 2 full lifecycle implementations is required, with Workday certifications preferred.

This role involves leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior consultants while managing functional workstreams independently.

Job Description

Manage Workday ERP and Financial functions, financial reporting, system enhancements and day to day user support. Functions as the ERP financials administrator for modules Like Banking and Settlement, Business Assets, Supplier accounts and Contracts, Expenses, Procurement, Projects and Tax.

Requirements

8+ years of experience as a Workday Functional Consultant, including at least 2 full lifecycle Workday implementations. Proficient in Workday reporting, calculated fields, and condition rules. Workday certifications in ERP, Financials functional areas are highly preferred. Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior consultants, and manage functional workstreams independently.
