Qualcomm India Private Limited in Chennai seeks a senior software engineer to design and implement embedded WLAN firmware, focusing on robust architecture, performance, modularity and portability.

You will develop WLAN features, participate in firmware release cycles, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define clear software interfaces while ensuring quality and reliability across networking products.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of design and implementation of embedded software/firmware for networking/wireless products
• Strong C programming experience and 802.11 protocol knowledge preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of software engineering experience or higher
• 2+ years with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
