Job summary

Started is seeking a diligent Patch Admin to own end-to-end Windows patching across production and testing environments, ensuring patch compliance and timely MIS reporting. You will manage patch tools, coordinate Patch Tuesdays, and drive SLAs while guiding a small team.

The role requires handling escalations, incident management, and seamless 24x7 shift continuity, with strong stakeholder communication and disaster recovery awareness.

Qualifications

• Must support 24x7 shift continuity with reliable MIS reporting and incident management.
• Act as customer SPOC and manage production/UAT/DR patching lifecycle with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Windows patching lifecycle (servers/endpoints) across Prod/UAT/DR
• Drive patch compliance, SLAs, CRs & MIS reporting
• Manage ManageEngine/patch tools, Patch Tuesday cycles, Windows Server 2012–2025
