Job summary

Fujitsu in India is seeking an IT Infrastructure professional to join our operations across Pune, Noida, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. The role focuses on installation and configuration of software, IIS, HTTPS certificates, FTP tools, and incident logging.

You will configure interfaces, manage Windows event logs, and use monitoring basics to ensure system reliability, while coordinating with global teams.

Qualifications

Primary Skills (Core Technical Competencies)

• Installation and configuration of Custom & Standard Software (e.g. SSMS, .NET, .NET Core)


• Configuration of application interfaces


• Installation and configuration of IIS Server


• Configuration of HTTPS certificates in IIS


• Experience with file transfer tools such as FTP, FileZilla


• Troubleshooting using Windows Event Viewer, IIS Logs, Windows Security logs


• Basic working knowledge of Active Directory


• Monitoring tools and practices (basics)

Secondary Skills (Process, Tools & Soft Skills)

• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform


• Understanding of ITIL framework


• Knowledge of Incident Management and Change Management processes


• Strong communication and presentation skills
