Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking IT service professionals for multi-location support across India. You will install and configure software, manage IIS and SSL certificates, and handle ITIL processes. The role requires coordination with teams to ensure timely incident resolution and service improvements.

Primary Skills (Core Technical Competencies)

• Installation and configuration of Custom & Standard Software (e.g. SSMS, .NET, .NET Core)


• Configuration of application interfaces


• Installation and configuration of IIS Server


• Configuration of HTTPS certificates in IIS


• Experience with file transfer tools such as FTP, FileZilla


• Troubleshooting using Windows Event Viewer, IIS Logs, Windows Security logs


• Basic working knowledge of Active Directory


• Monitoring tools and practices (basics)

Secondary Skills (Process, Tools & Soft Skills)

• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform


• Understanding of ITIL framework


• Knowledge of Incident Management and Change Management processes
