Job summary

Fujitsu in India is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Tester to join our SaaS solutions team focused on HRSD modules. You will create and execute test plans, collaborate with developers and business teams, and ensure high-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ServiceNow testing experience, strong QA knowledge, and proficiency in JavaScript, REST and SOAP. Relocation support is available for this multi-location role; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on ServiceNow HRSD modules.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and scripting languages for automated testing.
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and manage test plans, cases, and scripts for ServiceNow HRSD modules.
• Work closely with development and business teams to understand functional and technical requirements.
• Provide insights and expertise to enhance test case creation and execution.
• Perform system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and enhancements in a defect tracking system.
• Report and communicate testing progress, results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders.
• Ensure thorough documentation of testing activities.
• Collaborate with developers and other testers to ensure thorough testing from a technical and user perspective.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the quality of the SecOps environment.
• Stay updated on the latest industry best practices and new technologies relevant to software testing and ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with ATF is a plus.

Following rapid expansion of new client initiatives, the Fujitsu SaaS practice is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Test Consultant (Tester), with strong ServiceNow related design and development experience to join our dynamic solutions team.

Role and Accountabilities:This opportunity will suit a motivated ServiceNow Tester with a demonstrated record of offering ServiceNow related design and development support, successfully delivering on a wide range of ServiceNow related technical engagements.

The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• ServiceNow CSA and HRSD (preferred)
• Any other relevant certifications in software testing or security.
