Job summary

Fujitsu in Chennai is seeking a motivated professional to support Japanese clients in a 24x7 environment. The role requires JLPT N3+, ITIL knowledge, and strong communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams from the Chennai office.

You will handle BAU operations, knowledge transfer, and end-to-end service delivery, with relocation support and a clear path for growth within a global technology leader.

Qualifications

• Graduate with Japanese language qualification preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above).
• ITIL certification with an understanding of IT service management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift from the Chennai office.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Any Graduate (Japanese language qualification preferred)
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
