Inspiris is seeking an experienced Windows Server & Desktop Administrator to manage Windows Server and desktop environments. You will handle administration, patching, security hardening, IIS, and virtualization while ensuring high availability and user support.

Responsibilities include configuring servers, performing VA/PT remediation, troubleshooting BSODs, scripting with PowerShell, and maintaining documentation. A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills is essential.

• Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain the latest versions of Windows Server.
• Perform IIS installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Execute server hardening activities and implement security best practices.
• Support VA and PT remediation activities.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server issues including BSOD and dump analysis.
• Install, configure, and maintain business applications on Windows servers.
• Execute system administration tasks with PowerShell and CMD.
• Manage and support virtualized environments.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents within SLAs.
