Job description

This role provides day-to-day application support and project coordination for a workforce management and time & attendance platform. You will help ensure accurate employee time capture, scheduling, attendance data, and seamless information flow into payroll and HR systems. Working closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, vendors, and project teams, you will troubleshoot issues, support users, and maintain reliable system performance. You will also contribute to system configuration, testing, data migration, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position combines technical application support with stakeholder management and project coordination in a global environment. It is well suited to a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and helping users adopt technology effectively.

Accountabilities:
  • Application Support and Administration: Act as the first point of contact for employees, managers, HR, and Payroll users requiring support with the workforce management and time & attendance system. Manage user access, roles, and permissions while ensuring configurations remain aligned with established policies and governance requirements.
  • System Configuration: Support the configuration and maintenance of shift patterns, schedules, pay rules, leave types, accruals, absence types, and security roles. Translate business requirements into appropriate system configurations and help maintain system efficiency and accuracy.
  • User Support and Training: Provide timely assistance through email, ticketing systems, or phone, troubleshooting application issues and guiding users toward effective resolutions. Develop user guides, FAQs, quick-reference materials, and training content, and deliver training sessions for employees and managers.
  • Data and Payroll Accuracy: Review and validate employee time entries, absences, schedules, and related records to ensure data is complete and accurate. Support payroll processing by monitoring data transfers and resolving discrepancies between workforce management, payroll, and HR systems.
  • Integration and Data Monitoring: Monitor integrations between the time & attendance platform, Payroll, and HRIS systems to identify data issues or disruptions. Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to investigate and resolve integration-related problems.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce standard and ad-hoc reports covering attendance, overtime, leave balances, compliance metrics, and other workforce management information. Use reporting insights to identify discrepancies, support decision-making, and improve operational processes.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test cases for system upgrades, patches, enhancements, integrations, and new functionality. Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, document defects, and coordinate with technical teams and vendors to validate fixes.
  • Implementation and Project Coordination: Support system implementations and enhancement projects through requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, testing, training and go-live activities. Track assigned actions, participate in project meetings and workshops, provide status updates, and support post-implementation reviews.
  • Continuous Improvement and Compliance: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, system usability, and operational efficiency. Support compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and applicable agreements while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee information.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and service providers to resolve issues, coordinate activities, evaluate solutions, and support effective service delivery. Contribute to service improvement initiatives and help ensure technology investments deliver expected business value.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant Experience: 2+ years of experience working with HRIS, payroll, workforce management, or time & attendance systems. Previous experience in application support, HR operations, or a similar environment is an advantage.
  • INFOR Experience: Hands-on experience with INFOR Time & Attendance or other INFOR HCM modules is strongly preferred.
  • Workforce Management Knowledge: Understanding of scheduling and labor management processes, including experience with MVS (Master Rotation and Auto Assignment) or comparable workforce scheduling functionality.
  • Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with Workday/HCM integrations and the flow of employee and workforce data between HR, time & attendance, and payroll platforms.
