Delta Air Lines’ Technology Hub in Bengaluru seeks an experienced IT application support professional to lead full lifecycle enhancements of Infor WFM, configure and test, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will translate business needs into specifications, manage incidents via ITSM, and ensure upgrades and documentation are maintained; strong SQL, Java/J2EE, Groovy, Cognos are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems or human resource management.
• 4+ years of application support experience with Infor WFM.
• Strong understanding of Infor WFM configuration, data structures, and integrations.
• Experience with SQL, Java-GTH/J2EE, Groovy scripting and Cognos Reporting.
• Proven ability to manage and understand complex pay rules, scheduling and mobility features.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of agile practices and principles, with a certification in Agile methodology preferred.
• Excellent collaboration, self-leadership, and stakeholder management skills to work with diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and engagement capabilities.
• Ability to work in virtual teams and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to produce high quality results, work in a collaborative environment by embracing diverse perspectives and with a solution-based approach.

Responsabilidades

What you need to succeed (Minimum qualifications)
