Key Responsibilities of Role

• Safety and Compliance : - Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits and training to maintain a safe work environment.

• Chemical Management: - Handle and manage chemicals used in wet chemistry processes, ensuring proper storage, handling, and disposal in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Process Optimization: - Optimize chemical concentrations, temperatures, and immersion times to achieve desired surface properties and cleanliness of silicon wafers.
• Quality Control: - Conduct inspections to verify the effectiveness of wet chemistry processes in preparing silicon wafers, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and surface quality.
• Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain accurate records of chemical usage, process parameters, quality inspections, and safety procedures.
• Generate reports to track process performance and support continuous improvement efforts.
