Job summary

Steerway Business Consultants in Vadodara, Gujarat is seeking a Welding Engineer with 3+ years of experience in MIG and robotic welding for a leading Auto Parts Manufacturing MNC. Location: Vadodara. Strong hands-on welding, robot programming, fixture development, and a background in high-volume production are essential. Preference for candidates with IATF 16949 exposure.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in MIG Welding and Robotic Welding.
• Knowledge of robot programming, teaching, and parameter setting troubleshooting.
• Experience in welding fixtures, jigs, electrodes, and tooling.
• Knowledge of welding defects, inspection, rejection control, and corrective actions.
• Experience in Automotive / Auto Components Manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing quality tools; Automotive / Auto Components Manufacturing exposure beneficial.
• Sheet Metal / Fabrication Industry experience.
• High-volume manufacturing environment experience.
