A leading engineering company in Pune is seeking an entry-level position focused on welding and production processes. The role involves knowledge of weld drawings, robotic welding (Yaskawa), and implementing productivity improvements on the shop floor. Candidates should have a solid understanding of lean manufacturing and quality assurance practices. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic industrial environment.

Formación

• Good knowledge on weld drawing and weld symbols.
• Able to implement 5S on the shop floor.
• Experience in manual and robotic welding.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure product quality and reliability by achieving zero customer rejection.
• Implement productivity improvement initiatives.
• Perform rejection analysis and implement corrective actions.

Conocimientos

Weld drawing and weld symbols

Line balancing (cycle time, takt time, lead time)

Improvement ideas implementation (Kaizen & poka-yoke)

Manual and robotic welding (GMAW MAG)

Programming of Yaskawa Robot

Operator training and manpower handling

Productivity knowledge and OEE calculation

PFD, PFMEA, Control plan knowledge

Problem-solving tools (7QC tools)

Lean manufacturing process

MS Office experience

SAP knowledge

5S implementation

• (c) Knowledge of identifying and implementation of improvement ideas. ( Kaizen & poka-yoke )
• (d) Experience in manual and robotic (GMAW MAG) welding and able to do programming of Yaskawa Robot (This skill is must)
• (e) Ability to train operator & Manpower handling.
• (f) Able to handle robotic welding (Yaskawa-Moto man) Programming and teaching.
• (g) Knowledge of productivity and OEE of machine and its calculation.
• (h) Knowledge of PFD, PFMEA, Control plan and NPD (New project development)
• (i) Knowledge of problem-solving tool's ( 7QC tool's)
• (j) Knowledge of lean manufacturing process.
• (k) Experience in MS office and SAP.
• (l) Knowledge of 5's and its implementation on shop floor.
• (l) Will be ready to work in shift.
