Responsibilities:

• Manage Twitter, Telegram, and Discord communities, taking full responsibility for community engagement.
• Develop and execute high-level content, community, and growth strategies for on-chain protocols.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on strategic objectives.
• Implement tactical community activities such as welcoming new members, fostering discussions, mediating issues, etc.
• Design experiences to onboard and retain audiences and strengthen communities.
• Build, update, and optimize community-building strategies and social quests.
• Drive community growth and attract new users.
• Create short, mid, and long-term user engagement strategies.
• Serve as a point of contact for user feature requests and contribute to sourcing and prioritizing new product features.
• Establish authentic connections with community members.
• Leverage your Web3 knowledge to partner with passionate industry leaders.

Skills & Requirements: Experience with content strategy, Discord server setup, Telegram groups, and creating Discord bots of varying complexity.
