Job summary

IGM technologies is seeking a Social Media Manager to build and scale our brand's social presence across X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, Facebook, and Reddit.

The role covers strategy, ideation, creation, and execution end-to-end, with a chance to shape its entire social identity from scratch. You will own content strategy, calendars, and cross-platform storytelling from day one.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management or content marketing.
• Strong understanding of short-form video, platform-specific growth, and internet culture.
• Hands-on with content creation — scripting, shoots, and directing edits.
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio for publishing and analytics.
• Experience with community management and ORM.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy, buckets, and monthly calendars across platforms.
• Script, shoot, and produce creatives end-to-end.
• Schedule posts and manage profiles across channels.
• Manage Telegram and Reddit communities; handle ORM proactively.
• Track performance metrics and share actionable insights.
• Maintain a trend tracker and social playbook.
• Collaborate with the performance team to align organic and paid efforts.

Job description

We are looking for a Social Media manager to build and scale our brand's social presence through high-impact organic content, trend-first storytelling, and community-led growth. This role will own strategy, ideation, creation and execution end to end across platforms like X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, Facebook, and Reddit. You'll be responsible for driving reach, engagement, shareability and community growth by building a strong brand voice and a consistent content engine. This is a rare 0-to-1 opportunity the brand is being built from scratch, and you'll have the chance to shape its entire social identity from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Own content strategy, content buckets, and monthly calendars across all platforms
• Ideate, script, shoot (in-house Reels when needed), and get creatives ready end-to-end
• Schedule and post content across channels; maintain platform profiles and link-in-bio strategy
• Manage community interactions on Telegram and Reddit; handle ORM proactively
• Track performance metrics and share regular reports with actionable insights
• Maintain a trend tracker, hook bank, and social playbook for the brand
• Collaborate with the performance team to align organic and paid efforts

Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management or content marketing
• Strong understanding of short-form video, platform-specific growth, and internet culture
• Hands-on with content creation — scripting, shoots, and directing edits
• Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and scheduling tools
• Experience with community management and ORM
• Working knowledge of performance marketing basics
• Prior experience in digital asset/fintech is a plus — not a requirement
