Job summary

This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining at our New Delhi HQ, building and managing the online communities our clients’ reputations live in. Perception work runs through communities: the forums, comment threads and social spaces where narratives form before any headline catches them. Someone has to build, grow and manage those spaces — around a brand, a cause or a principal — and that is this seat. You will develop the content plan, engage the community daily, and relay what it teaches to the strategists who act on it.
