Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop scalable backend systems using NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and TypeORM or Prisma ORM.
2. Optimize APIs, business logic, and data models.
3. Manage data storage solutions including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka.
4. Enhance application performance through optimized database queries and data handling.
5. Implement AWS services for scalable deployment.
6. Develop messaging queues for core workflows.
7. Containerize applications using Docker.
8. Utilize Redis for caching and performance improvements.
9. Maintain code quality, security standards, and best practices.
10. Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical documentation.
11. Collaborate with frontend and mobile engineers to ensure end-to-end system functionality.

Requirements

1. Experience in backend web application development and familiarity with LLMs.
2. Proficiency in NestJS, TypeScript, and SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL.
3. Experience with ORM tools like TypeORM or similar.
4. Skills in Redis, AWS, and Docker.
5. Strong understanding of API design, RESTful principles, and microservices architecture.
6. Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, testing frameworks, and security best practices.
7. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex systems.
8. Experience with Generative AI and LLMs is a plus.
