Job summary

Quest Global in Chennai seeks an experienced software professional to contribute to medium-to-high complexity projects, designing, developing, and deploying software components.

You will build responsive, scalable web applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Python, with REST APIs and Flask for backend services.

This role emphasizes hands-on coding, documentation, and collaboration across teams to deliver on time with quality, while embracing Quest's culture and values.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 5-8 years of experience in software development using Python
• Hands-on experience in developing REST APIs and backend services using Flask.
• Experience building and deploying end-to-end full-stack web applications.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases, data modeling, and API integration.
• 2+ years of experience developing AI/LLM-powered applications.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and LLM integration.
• Familiarity with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Vector Databases, and Azure OpenAI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and drive projects from concept to production.

The candidate will be furnishing an individual contribution role in technical execution of project tasks. The purpose of this role is to execute medium-to-high complex project tasks to generate deliverables on-time with the right quality using defined processes, tools and standards.
