Job summary

Quest Global seeks an experienced QA Automation Engineer to design and implement robust automation frameworks for multiple projects. The role focuses on Selenium WebDriver with Java, REST APIs, and data validation across data pipelines and ETL processes.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with JIRA, Testrail, Git, Maven, and performance testing tools like JMeter. Collaborative, cross-functional work to advance platform modernization and AI-driven practices is expected.

Qualifications

• Design and develop the test automation framework, harnesses and code libraries for multi-project use.
• Capable to design and develop test automation solutions for different projects.
• Broad awareness of testing approaches, practices and techniques to support the overall testing methodology.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the QA function and drive improvements via analysis across the SDLC/STLC.
• Hands-on experience validating data pipelines, ETL processes, and large-scale data integrations.
• Proficient in data validation and data quality testing, including source-to-target reconciliation and transformation validation.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter.
• Develop and support GenAI solutions, including AI Agents, Skills, and RAG pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive platform modernization and automation.

• Hands on experience in version management tools such as GIT.

Design and develop the test automation framework, harnesses and code libraries to enable the team to use as well as enhance them across successive projects.

• Capable to design and develop Test automation Solutions for different projects.
• Possess broad awareness of testing approaches, practices and techniques in order to support the overall testing methodology used by the team.
• Have the ability to monitor the effectiveness of the QA function and bring about improvements through insights gained via analysis at all stages of the SDLC/STLC.
• An expert in Selenium Web Driver with Java
• An expert in TESTNG framework, Maven tools
• Good hand on knowledge of API automation using REST Assured/Karate.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Hand on in test management tools like JIRA,Testrail
• In-depth knowledge of Testing concepts and Test Project management.

Experience in performance testing tools like Jmeter.

Develop and support GenAI solutions, including AI Agents, Skills, RAG pipelines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive platform modernization, automation, operational excellence, and AI-driven engineering practices.
