Job summary

Quest Global is seeking an experienced software engineer for an individual contributor role in technical execution of project tasks in Chennai. You will design, develop, and deploy medium-to-high complexity software components, delivering on-time with quality using defined processes and tools.

You will contribute across the full software stack, build REST APIs with Flask, and advance AI/LLM-powered applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project priorities and production

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of software development experience with Python.
• Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Hands-on REST APIs and backend services using Flask.
• Experience building end-to-end full-stack web apps.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases and data modeling.
• 2+ years developing AI/LLM-powered applications.
• Hands-on with RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, LLM integration.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Vector Databases, Azure OpenAI.
• Analytical, problem-solving and strong communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and drive projects from concept to production.

Work Experience

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in software development using Python.
• Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience in developing REST APIs and backend services using Flask.
• Experience building and deploying end-to-end full-stack web applications.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases, data modeling, and API integration.
• 2+ years of experience developing AI/LLM-powered applications.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and LLM integration.

Desired Skills

• Experience or willingness to work in other programming languages.
• Good to have Semiconductor domain experience.
