Job summary

Quest Global in Chennai, India, seeks an experienced software professional for an individual contribution role focused on Python development, data analytics, and AI/LLM‑based solutions. You will design, develop, test, and deploy medium-to-high complexity software components, contributing to enterprise applications and AI-driven insights.

You will work as an independent contributor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software using defined processes and standards.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of strong development experience in Python.
• Data Analytics: 3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics and insights generation.
• AI-LLM/ Agentic AI Solutions: 2-3 years of experience in designing, developing AI/LLM-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, design, develop, modify, and deploy software components anywhere in the Windows software stack.
• Write effective and reusable code according to best practices.
• Perform unit test, verification and validation of the code developed.
• Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code.
• Work as an individual contributor aligned with project priorities.

The candidate will be furnishing an individual contribution role in technical execution of

project tasks. The purpose of this role is to execute medium-to-high complex project tasks

to generate deliverables on time with the right quality using defined processes, tools and

standards

Key Responsibilities

Work Experience

• 5-10 years of strong development experience in Python
• Data Analytics: 3 years of hands‑on experience in data analytics and insights generation
• AI-LLM/ Agentic AI Solutions: 2-3 years of experience in designing, developing, AI/LLM-based solutions, Experience with dev/deploying Agentic AI solutions will be added advantage
• Enterprise Solution Development: Proven track record in building scalable, datadriven, and AI‑powered enterprise applications
• Technical Competencies: Experience with AI/LLM integration, intelligent automation, and end‑to‑end solution delivery
• Core Skills: Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Desired Skills

• Experience or willingness to work in other programming languages.
• Good to have Semiconductor domain experience.
• Should be ready to learn, unlearn and re‑learn.
