Carrerlift in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Associate to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, oversee inventory flow and order fulfillment, and lead the floor team to ensure consistent execution and ownership of tasks.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in high-energy, hands‑on operations roles.
• Startup background is an advantage
• Background in warehouse or logistics operations (preferred)
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to process discipline
• Ability to lead, motivate and hold team members accountable to standards
• Action-oriented mindset: you spot inefficiencies and drive fixes rather than just reporting problems
