Job summary

LEDFlex Group in Shamshabad, Hyderabad, is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to supervise daily warehouse operations, from receiving to dispatch, while ensuring safety, accuracy and efficiency.

You will manage inventory, lead staff, coordinate with logistics and sales, prepare reports, and uphold compliance with company policies. Minimum 1–3 years in warehousing and a logistics-related degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, SCM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–3 years of warehouse operations or logistics experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations from receiving to dispatch.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Lead warehouse staff to meet targets and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales for smooth operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly warehouse reports and manage equipment.
• Train new employees on processes and safety procedures.

Role and Company Overview:

We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. At LEDFlex we continue to lead the way in performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior projects.

We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities, inventory management, order fulfilment, and warehouse maintenance. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth warehouse operations while maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Lead and guide warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and products.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
• Manage warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallets, and scanners.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Train new employees on warehouse processes and safety procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward movements.

Key Skills Required:

• Knowledge of import and export documentation.
• Experience in order fulfilment operations.
• Problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
• Understanding of warehouse safety standards and best practices.

Preferred Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Experience in team handling and warehouse supervision.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft dynamics.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
